Ok, I’ll just keep my mouth shut regarding the rat tails and wrinkled gremlin’s feet. Still, I’m not feeling sure if I should really use this Hot Mantis Pee as the main ingredients for my stew. ~~They give a rather nice buff though.~~

On a rather unrelated note, Maple Forest Area is probably my most favorite map in RO2 so far (~up to Road of Blessing). Both scenery and the architectures here are breathtaking.

The function change for Beast Master’s skills Survival and Cruel Bite are just the definition of perfection.

Although it won’t boost your HP anymore, Survival now can instead heal both you and the surrounding party member. The CD has also changed to 40s. But Cruel Bite is definitely the one who steals the main spot here. The Damage Over Time function is no more, unfortunately, and you need 30 beast points to use it (instead of gaining), but now you’ll gain total 10% of your hp each time you use it to the monsters.

Thanks to that, I haven’t used even a single bottle of potion or hp food items after this latest update (for field monsters up to 3 mobs and mini-boss+minion).

Aside of those two, they also have improved the Bear Form and Beast Charge. But since I don’t use those two too often or at all, they are not doing much for me compared with Survival and Cruel Bite.

Leveling Artisan was truly a piece of cake compared with, let’s say Chef. My BM reached job lvl 50 already when her base level was still 40. Meanwhile, my Warrior and Wizz cried blood just to up their respective profession level since they rely much to those crystal/gem materials.

Is it only me or some areas are just rather glitchy?

Once I got stuck between the wall and a house in Prontera. It took me around 15 minutes struggling to free myself with both mouse and keyboard controls. I left my BWs on storage that time too. Never again.

Then, Payon ruins. Got stuck between walls and nothing. My character could only move around in circle because of some invisible force. She also got stuck underwater, swam below the earth and unable to go up back to the surface.

Then, she died because she couldn’t breath. Yet she was still able to swim around and when I finally managed to go get her back on the land, I arrived in an empty map, still in the same area and channel. But I was the only not-so-living thing there. Had to change channel to fix it.

Oh, also I got some graphic distortion in the Payon dungeon a few times.

This is definitely not my true intention for making a Beastmaster. Nope. Naaah.

But I feel like I got weaker than when I was still an archer. So pathetic that I, a mighty bear, had to run for my life from a chasing drooling mushroom or else I’d get myself killed by it.

I should rethink my skills and build.
